EDAN MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD has been awarded the contract for the complete renewal of the heating, domestic pipework and comfort cooling to the central London grade 2 listed building.
The Project is phased over 12 months, with the majority of works taking place during the Clubs Summer shutdown periods.
The award of the project follows 8 years of working closely with the Boodles management team, during which time EDAN's Managing Director has managed the replacement of Boodles entire heating and hot water generation system and the ongoing service and maintenance of the various mechanical services installed throughout the Club.

EDAN MECHANICAL SERVICES LTD were employed to carry out the design and build of the complete mechanical services to the new 2000M² Spa at Ockenden Manor Hotel, and the design and build of the heating and hot water generation plant, associated pipework services and the complete mechanical services to the new Kitchen and Dining room extensions for the existing grade 2 listed Hotel.
EDAN continue to provide ongoing mechanical servicing and support to the Hotel team during the day to day running of their business.
The works were carried out over a 2 year period.
